By working with farmers from all over Europe, different grape varieties, countries and styles come together under one roof. By moving the grapes instead of the wine, you can experience how wine is made up close. The winery is equipped with steel tanks, a lab, amphorae, concrete tanks and wooden barrels. There are few styles or techniques that the makers cannot apply here.
